My daughter's dog Uno was executed by a felon and Gary Indiana police did nothing they have been lying, major misconduct they didn't even take a picture at the scene Uno was shot between the eyes the color he was wearing was ripped literally in half half of it was under him the other half was just thrown into his body it's just horrible I need some help figuring out what to do
