Do I have a case because every time I dropped my items off they never once mentioned if I don't come back they only called * times and they have multiple emails and phone numbers on file. No letter in the mail

To pick it up within 30 days on the receipt nothing else then when I tried contacting them I got several different answers saying they keep it for 6 months someone said 3 months another 30 days
