I went to the bank to pay my light bill the teller was rude and was giving me glares rolling her eyes told me the next time I should go inside and pay I'm disabled handicapped with breathing problems and heart attack she humiliated me so bad I'm angry now I have to find another way to pay my lights

She said they have contract with them it is there job to take the light bills and there is nothing stating you can't do it through the drive though nothing saying you have to go inside so she took her name down and her supervisor is going to look into it too there's no way I should of been treated like that and they were very sorry it did happen
