T Mobile Overcharging Dispute Resolution

T-Mobile they have overcharged us they turned our phones off they lied to us they stole our credits of over * credits

We have talked to the many times they promised to to fix it but when it comes time to do that they don't

When we asked to record this issue or even talk to them they hang up they said we can't record them

So do I have to tell them I'm recording

So why won't they let me record our conversation at T-Mobile they hang up on us

We've even had employees that worked at T-Mobile tell us the truth about what's going on and now they're fired

We've asked about them when we were talking to the T-Mobile person on the line and they tell us they got fired

We do have, the prepaid shipping order of them phones lMIE number that was on the paper of the phones they requested were originally still belong to my husband because supervisor gave them to me, we called a few times after that they have not received the phones which is a lie, and on top of that, they said , those are not the phones they requested, we already know they received them and they lied but they never received them
