Ok. Ty. I purchased a car from Carvana and during my *-day Limited Warranty, undisclosed accident damages were found during repairs. Three separate claims were submitted to SilverRock for over $*,*+ worth of damages . claims were denied due to cosmetic issues. Prior to purchasing my car, I have documentation from Carvana that my car passed a vigorous *-point inspection and no reported accidents. How could it have passed the inspection? The value of my car has decreased tremendously
Patricia, it sounds like a challenging situation. In Indiana, you could potentially have a claim under the Indiana Lemon Law or consumer protection laws if Carvana misrepresented the vehicle's condition. Consider these points:
- Indiana's Lemon Law covers new cars with significant defects.
- Consult an attorney to explore potential claims for misrepresentation or breach of warranty.
Would you like to connect with local lawyers for further assistance?
My car is in Pennsylvania. Lemon Law only covers vehicles newer than *. My car is *. Carvana still misrepresented the condition of my car
It sounds frustrating dealing with this issue. In Pennsylvania, you might pursue a claim for misrepresentation or breach of contract. Consider:
- Documenting all communications and inspections.
- Reviewing your purchase agreement for any misrepresented terms.
- Consulting with a lawyer specializing in consumer protection.
Would you like to connect with local lawyers who can assist you further?

Would you like to be connected to local lawyers who can better assist you with your case? If so, could you provide a bit more information about the specific issues you're facing with Carvana?
Carvana will not help me and their limited warranty provider, SilverRock, refuses to repair the damages and substandard repairs of those damages. They stand by SilverRocks decisions. Misrepresentation is the issue. I was told it passed their inspection.

Yes. One of the damage claims submitted to SilverRock was a cracked headlight allowing water/moisture inside the globe and it fogs up the entire lens, affecting my visibility and safety… and I can get a traffic violation for this in Pennsylvania. SilverRock said “we don’t replace headlights”. Carvana said they back their decisions! Again, undisclosed damage… found when I drive my car in the rain for the first time
