I have a membership with planet fitness, I haven’t paid it in months & currently I owe a balance of $* & I have not gone at all. Last night they charged my debit card a direct debit for a monthly fee, & I really needed that money which is why the card was locked. When I called them to ask if I was able to go in for this month since this month was paid, they said I couldn’t because the balance is too high. How can I get rid of the balance I know I have rights
