I purchased a (advertised as a gooseneck trailer) trailer over a week ago and was told I could bring it back if there was any issues, several arise, not only the sellers name wasn’t on the (questionable title) and more important there’s no serial # or VIN# on trailer, upon mentioning these concerns the following day I requested that I would like to return trail do to concerns of safety and liabilities, he stated he was leaving town to work in Colorado and wouldn’t be available till that next weekend. Upon calling him the next week (Father’s Day) he said that I just need to sell it and would not honor his word on returning it.
