i'm trying to dispute a charge on my credit card statement from Mint mobile because they sent me a hacked sim card. also known Sim Card Hacking, also known as a SIM Swap Attack, SIM Port Hacking, or SIM Hijacking, occurs when a hacker persuades your cell phone carrier to move your cell phone number over to their device instead of yours. This causes any calls or texts to go to the hacker's device instead of your own. therefore they did not hold up there end of the bargain. our daughter received pornographic text messages, as well as many of our phone calls and text messages going to someone else. i'd like to write this in a clear and concise statement to my credit card company.

Subject: Dispute Charge - Hacked SIM Card from Mint Mobile
Dear [Credit Card Company],
I am disputing a charge from Mint Mobile due to receiving a hacked SIM card, which led to a SIM Swap Attack. This caused our calls and texts to be redirected to a hacker's device, resulting in our daughter receiving pornographic messages. Mint Mobile failed to secure our phone number, violating their service agreement.
Please investigate and reverse this charge.
Thank you,
