This is regarding an issue I have been having with Citibank National Association. This bank lied to me saying my ex boyfriend could cash my payroll check for me and then as soon as they received the funds they locked the account and have refused to take any accountability for what they did. It has been nearly two years now and because of their actions my life was destroyed and I have filed at least * complaints with all type of people from the bottom to the topic over the last two years and they have told a different lie every time to justify why they still to this day have those funds at the bank but the account has been closed for two years now almost. It’s a long story and there is so much more but that’s the basic story
