Yes I have but my bank was stating if I proceed on my dispute that my account could be closed.. but I went ahead and proceeded dispute.. and also I’m communicating to the merchant too.. but they give me thus bullshit in order to refund to be initiated to return the product I never get and I only have 14 days The moment my bank account notify me about the charges I gave ask them to cancel my order and no longer interested .. therefore not my problem is all in in them now for ignoring my request and proceed anyway to ship the product fit me to try it.. and I sai no thank not interested with your product anymore .. I saw there advertisement saying try b4 you buy..
