I don't know where to start. Credit card I got approved thru Equifax. However I never got the card. Someone took over the account. I tried several times to report to the fraud department. The company is Web bank/Avant. I was told they do not have a fraud department. People just hang up on me. I have the email address of the person: bol47@outlook.com. I cannot get nowhere with this problem. I never got the card. But it is showing up on my credit report. Can you guide me on what to do. I reported it to the credit department. However they have not froze my account, which they said they would do. The limit has been increased another $*, dollars. Can you guide me to what steps I need to take.
