I was recently charged with dishonestly dealing with property without owners consent I was not home and had no knowledge of someone putting a stolen motorbike and trailer in my yard without my consent and without my knowledge in South Australia and I have been charged with this once I have seen the stuff in the yard I could not move it as I've never had a license and I don't drive and also I was in aware that it was stolen I just come out of extreme domestic violence and circumstances and the police earlier that night had followed these people that had stolen the trailer and didn't pull them over they let them continue and they followed him to my house and they ended up going and getting a search warrant and coming back later and I feel like it was set up what can I do can they charge me with that still without me having knowledge and not being home
