I was falsely arrested for burglary of a habitat on June 5th *, they took my phone without a search warrant never made it to the evidence room. WHen i asked for the warrant paper the CIU officer who arrested me gave me A return of property paper not signed by a judge or anything, they gave it back 6 month later after I demanded it back. The CI who lied to the officer is the one that told me that my charged where dropped for a missunderstanfing. Well about 3 months ago a new CIU officer pulled me over and searched all my bags nfound nothing then about * hours later he came to my home and told me that he found meth in my car then left the positive test kit in my car
