So I was arrested in Collin county Tx about * or 4 months ago and I was charged for * counts of possession under a gram unlawful carry of a firearm and a domestic violence charge and one for tampering I made bail and now I'm showing that the case is closed so I been looking but it's saying case closed. I called the Allen police and asked for my * guns back they said I need to ask the judge for an order to release my guns ? Why would I need to do that when it's closed case for no probable cause? And if that is the facts and there was no cause then do they owe me my car that I lost or all the stuff in the car . Because they said if it's in impound then after 30 days it's auctioned off so I'm guessing it's gone ?
