I have a charge of possession with intent and I have 2 days before my preliminary hearings and my public defender only talked to me once and said they might offer probation but he has no clue about this case. See I had to buy the drugs for my ex who was abusing me and these cops were watch my dealer and when I left they followed me and pulled me over for the reason of nothing but that my tag was little covers my the tag outline thing and then he told me to give him the drugs he knows where I was and who I saw and then called the drug task leader and they said if I made * control buys they wouldn’t take me to jail and I tried to but when they pulled me over the guy drove by us and he wouldn’t meet up with me after that and even though I tried and I got beat up many times by my ex during this time they brought up the charges a year later and I don’t feel like this should stick
