Hello ****, sorry to hear about your situation. You have the right to change your lawyer if you're not satisfied. However, given your court date is tomorrow:
*. You can request a continuance to seek a new counsel.
*. You can express your concerns to the judge.
*. Consider seeking advice from another lawyer if possible.
Remember, this is just general advice. Please consult with a local legal professional.
I can't afford another lawyer because i gave her all of my money already!
I understand your situation, ****. If you can't afford a new lawyer, perhaps you could consider legal aid services. They provide free or low-cost legal help. Would you like me to find one in your area?
Yes... if you can but im sure i won't qualify for it because of my job
****, could you please provide the area where you live or where your case is being handled? Knowing your location will help me find the right legal aid services for you.
