I live in Texas
Thanks for clarifying your location, ****. How can I assist you with your legal issue in Texas?
When I was * I was placed on probation for indecency with a child. I was sentenced to 8 years probation and this carried over until I was * and when I turned * I was transferred to adult probation. I violated my probation a year later and they sent me to adult prison. A few years prior to my offense, I suffered a traumatic brain injury. I also was subjected to neglectful supervision from my parents. Being sent to adult prison for something that I did as a confused juvenile is a miscarriage of Justice, is there any legal recourse
