I have a DUI case in Botswana, the trial is tommorrow and my defence is that the place where i was stopped is atleast 1km from where the police say they stopped me. I was stopped in an untarred road passing between residential plots. the police where hiding by the corner of one residential plot and only flashed their lights when i approached them, one of the officers was outside the car and stooped me at gunpoint
