On previous false drug accusations and doing an emergency ex parte order and it was granted. I am allowed supervised visitation. Well circumstances have chaged drastically since the interm order was made. He changed daycares without my knowledge, he has cut communication with my daughter. I had no idea i could file an objection to the interm order after our court hearing if i didnt agree with it. Well its been almost 1 year since our court and my ex has taken complete advantage of the fact of me not having an attorney and hes been allowing supervised visits to be done at his house. Only when hes upset at me he reverts back to me doing the visits at a visit center which i have to pay for. What can i do right now to help me get visitation with my daughter?
Here are some steps you might consider to address the visitation issue:
- File a Motion to Modify Visitation: You can request the court to modify the visitation order based on the changes in circumstances.
- Document Everything: Keep detailed records of all communications and visitations, including changes in daycare and communication issues.
- Request Mediation: Sometimes, mediation can help resolve visitation disputes without going back to court.
