Yes , i was stopped by the Colorado state police on March 2nd of this year and was in possession of a weapon that was returned to me by the HUERFANO Sheriff's Department and was charged with prior felon in possession of a weapon...it has been 41 years since i was convicted of a felony. The past 23 years ive owned and operated Wolf Carpentry and Cabinets..I now have a lawsuit against the state police and the District Attorneys Office as as the judge for violating my Constitution rights.it is already in the Federal Court of claims..and in retaliation the judge had me arrested last week...Im out on bond and have to appear in court on the 1st of November....
