Hi Ashley! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
I was a passenger in a car today (in arkansas) and we got pulled over for expired tags, after the driver gave him all the license and insurance info, he asked if i had an id, i told him no and that i didn't need to identify myself, he got us out of the car, called a k9 unit, supposedly it hit , so they searched the car, they found nothing, then arrested me for obstructing government operations bc i wouldn't id myself.? Is that even legal

Even though your court date is in June, it's a good idea to start preparing your defense now. Having a lawyer early can help you gather evidence and build a strong case. Is there any other specific concern you have regarding the upcoming court date or your legal situation?
