Do you answer for all states
Yes, ****, we can provide general legal information for all states in the U.S. Could you please specify your state and the legal concern you need assistance with?
I am not sure if you could help me because to be honest I really don’t know what I can do to help but back on Feb *,* my husband was arrested in Kaufman County Texas after being pulled over. He was arrested for like * or * charges including less then 4grams of scheduled drug two counts and poss of fire arm. I dont know off hand what the other charges were but I do know they were felonies. Anyways he has only been indicted on one charge because every time he is supposed to go to court his lawyer hasn’t been there because the lawyer has actually been arrested twice for drug charges since my husband has been in there which is crazy. We aren’t from Texas we are from Louisiana and my husband was traveling through when he got pulled over. We were told that Texas law required indictment within 180 days and of course we passed that mark along time ago. My husband has written letters multiple times to the DA office and other places but no one has done anything. They are violating his rights aren’t they by holding him past the legal timeframe without an indictment so I need to know who I need to call to make someone take action because this lawyer is obviously a Junkie that is now in rehab and they are trying to cover it up. The only reason we know is because another inmates family member knows him personally so now all those inmates that had him assigned to their case are just sitting in jail not being told anything. They just started reassigning them public defenders but the one my husband was given won’t answer his calls or anything.
