I was stopped by a highway patrol officer last night and he approached my vehicle on the passenger side of the vehicle and did not state any reason for the stop! He ordered me out of my vehicle which I attempted to object to getting out and asked why he had stopped me and he told me I did not come to a complete stop when I stopped at the stop sign which was a lie! He then began to question me about carrying drugs and said he was going to search my car and then another sheriff showed up with a k9 and they walked the dog around my car and began searching my car with no probable cause to do so! They said the had indicated there were drugs in my car but I saw nothing of the sort! The officers searched my car and found nothing but a part of a broken pen that they said was paraphanallia! They told me they were not satisfied and that I needed to give them the drugs which I had no idea what they were talking about! This continued for about an hour or so then the officers said they were arresting me for possession of paraphanaillia and said they were taking me to another county approx * miles away to be searched by some sort of machine that xrays your body and they look inside you! Then they kept saying give them the drugs and they would help me out which they kept pressureing me to make up things! THey took me back to the county I was originally pulled over in and I had to post my bond to get out! I'm sure that this was unconstitutional on some level and that I would like to file complaints and if possible file against these illegal activity of this county!
