My son got sentenced on */* to SIS with 5 years probation and they arrested him for 120 days for shock treatment. I don't understand why the 120 days. The first-time no criminal record pleaded not guilty. Prosecutor offered a plea bargain off SIS if he pleads quilty but my son did not take that and now

We are in Missouri the court was in dade county his case number is 21DD -CR *-* . The probation report suggests SIS but nothing about 120 days .That 120 days was added on on the second page he did singed the first paper off his probation but didn't know that there was a second paper.

He had a public defender this public defender was allowed to withdraw. We don't know what to do next. They hauled him off to jail not giving him any time to take care of his personal business. He takes care off his disabled father and the little 3 year old girl from his girlfriend who has autism. I didn't think by SIS they use a deterrent only if he would have a probation violation. I don't know much about all that .
