i had a case . I was arrested on witness bribery april *, *. The affidavit, which I have, was based on a man, Tony Greer, telling his parole officer, I (a 51 year old * percent disabled woman/college student...dominant arm, no criminal score or felonies) offered him *,* dollars to make sworn statement my 33 year old son was not guilty of * felony charges he is currently still held in jail on with no evidence since april *, *. Mr. Greer and I were once romantically involved for over a ten year span. I recently relocated and ceased seeing him. The warrant was issued. Arrested. Taken straight to the young detective devon stroud to be questionwed about my knowledge of the alleged incident involving greer, burglary, agg assault , criminal mischief, terroristic threatening. Mr. Greer has * open and closed drug related cases in arkansas since *. He is currently incarcerated and his parole violated for 6 months. He is charged with drug trafficking, a class y felony.

what about prosecutorial misconduct?
Case Rating: *
Prosecutorial misconduct occurs when a prosecutor acts inappropriately, such as making false statements, withholding evidence, or influencing witnesses unfairly. In your case, if the prosecutor used your guilty plea to unfairly impact your son's case, this might be considered misconduct.
