Im being accused of suspected foodstamp fraud they say i knowingly gave false income information and didn’t report my husband living with me. We were separated at the time but he was using the address of the trailer i was living in because his mom owns it. He lived in the trailer a few lots up. He also claimed me and kids on taxes. We went with the tax professional on how to do taxes since we were separated and i had no income. She said married filling jointly with dependents she also put my address down for taxes. They have pictures of him helping me shop also. I had to meet with an investigator and his summary of what i said is twisted around. If i said maybe, i don’t know or i guess he wrote it down as if i had said yes.
