Legal Situation With Police

My mind was racing with all the problems I needed to address. I expected support but instead found myself surrounded and interrogated. That early in the morning, it was difficult to make sense of what was happening. I initially ran to meet the officers. Then, they claimed I had a lip injury and appeared intoxicated, stating that I had intended to walk to Iliff. However, at *:* in the video, I clearly say I intended to drive Anthony’s car and that I pay insurance on both vehicles. My face is visible throughout the footage, and there are no injuries. If I had truly been intoxicated, why wasn’t I stopped from driving? From what I’ve learned in the discovery, I’m not sure there was any way I could have acted that would have been considered “innocent.”
