My boyfriend was arrested by the state in October I believe on burglary *, theft and felon in possessions. He was released on his own recognizance and was in complete compliance with the state. February 2nd he was shot in the head and had brain surgery on the 4th, completely separate from this case. February 6th federal government came up in a restroom from the hospital and took him to jail. He has been county jail with no medical treatment really this whole time getting worse by the day. He was denied release because he had a lot of failure to appears prior to a * conviction that he went to prison for. He had been out of jail for 7 years and has done really well no convictions really no police contact other than a couple minor things no jail. What can I do to get him out of jail to get him medical help
