Okay so I’m being charged with assault in British Columbia Canada. Here’s what happened: I was in a bad mood and a homeless person was yelling obscenities and calling me names. I ran and pushed them. They fell face first and I dropped my wallet. They have it captured on CCTV as well as my wallet as evidence. They’re offering me a plea deal for probation if I plead guilty.
