I was involved in a legal a self-help eviction process involving the local city police department who charged me with criminal trespassing I tried to fight the case and the judge tried to make me take a plea from the judges chambers it is in the Ohio supreme Court right now on an AOD about a month later I was charged with Grand theft and forgery indicted on * more charges was found guilty by a jury because the evidence was not admitted even though I had some of the evidence but I also was able to collect some of the other evidence due to the self-help eviction I had lost all of my personal belongings including things that could have exonerated me from that I filed a rule * motion that it ultimately got denied because it said it was untimely and that I couldn't prove that I couldn't get the evidence before trial however it is all at the court elements of the case.
