My *-year-old daughter is incarcerated in Estrella jail.. And as far as I'm concerned, she was having mental issues b4 she went * jail. I am concerned about her. She's been on lockdown ever since she got in there. And it's been about a couple months who do I speak to in order to find out anything about her? Because I turned in a medical form already. And nobody's gotten back to me at all. I call and leave messages and nobody returns my phone calls. Ive called to find out her status and nobody knows anything who would be a higher source. My daughter started having mental issues b4 she got incarcerated. She's been incarcerated for like 2 months. And she's been in lockdown ever since she got in.
