My boyfriend has had his probation revoked, over an eviction notice that wasn't through the courts but he was arrested for not proving a new address * hours after we got the paper , they were biased , his lawyer didn't try to fight it at all so I'm going for false imprisoned and ineffective lawyer, not to mention I was displaced and still basically homeless , they ruined our lives over a piece of paper that wasn't even a legal eviction notice

Yes he's to report change of address , but technically he still had one the notice said 3 days, he was arrested * hours later not even giving a sufficient amount to find a new address
