I am power of attorney. For Chad, Michael Stevens. He suffers from a traumatic brain entry due to an accidental gunshot. In * thirteen, He was in a smoke shop in Mesa, Arizona Which he frequented even before he was shot accidentally. He was friends with the store owner when he got there. Was just him in the store owner having a conversation. And an identified male came in to the smoke shop and stabbed the store owner to death and fled. Chad stayed to render aid to the victim, but unfortunately died. The cop showed up heat fled and was apprehended long story short. He was charged with the crime and was induced to plead guilty. Was sentenced to life. That's when I came in at the request of his mother. I received the police report I investigated it. I became power of attorney, got all the files. I've been doing this to past 10 years. And I've found that the state of Arizona never had a case against him. The DNA evidence proves that he did not commit the crime statements. Perjury virtually from the detective and the prosecutor with withholding a sculptory evidence and an obstruction of Justice. I've been trying to get somebody anybody Lawyers to help me, we don't have any mthey. Look at My Files, say yes I have a case but they all want money. No one will do this because it's the right thing to do because he is innocent. Arizona, they just came up with in the states attorney's office. A conviction integrity unick which I filled out the form. But they won't accept my file because I'm not a lawyer. They want Chad To submit the paperwork. Chad has a traumatic brain injury lost *% of his brain. He hasn't regained full strength of the right side of his body. Easily unbalanced, he has short-term memory loss. He can't really remember what happened. And I'm the one that has looked into this matter. He does not even know what really happened. I have solid evidence to back everything up it is all in my file.
