He has an outstanding warrant in a couple different counties he is currently in Kay county his charges are failure to register, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, being within so many feet of a daycare or school. Originally when he got out in * for the original charges we did try to register however the lady that was at the place would not do it also he has not been living in Osage county at all he's been residing in Kay county for almost three years
