Ok so I had tooken a shopping cart to bring home my groceries cause I live on the other side of town the cop gave me. A citation but now they are trying to make it a criminal charge

Actually yes so a year in a half ago I was wrongfully evicted and couldn't prove my case then after that was told I was banned from housing for 3 years cause the manager didn't like me is there way I can fight this and get taken off the ban lidt
