Probation Treatment Facility Requirements

Summary

In California, probation terms can include mandatory rehab for violations. The state may cover costs if you qualify for Medicaid; otherwise, you must find alternative funding. Repeated failed drug tests can lead to stricter measures, but inability to pay for treatment might not result in prison, though other penalties could apply. Contact your local court for specific details.

Even though I'm off probation in 6 months I've gone to three different treatment centers I'm struggling and doing my best to stay off drugs but I have given them * dirty tests.
