I live in Mississippi at * pm a police officer came to my house & told me he was there to bring me & my wife in for an investigation I said okay as I walk to him he asked about my wife I told him she was no there & where he could find her another officer pulled up & told to me to put my hands on his car & spread my legs he started to search me I asked am I under arrest what are you charging me with the officer replied not charging you with anything not aresting you just taking you in to see an investigator then handcuffed me & took me to jail I was then given a jail outfit to put on photographed but not finger printed I asked * more times while being booked in what are you charging me with I was continually told your just here for an investigation hold I was then locked in a holding cell & held for 7 days without a single phone call is this legal
