Dui Blood Test Warrants
Summary
In Washington State, when a warrant for a blood draw is issued for a DUI charge, the state is not required to specify the substances they are testing for. They can conduct a full panel test and charge based on any substances that test positive. If you are preparing for trial or filing a collateral attack, consider consulting with a local attorney to understand your rights and options.Full Conversation
