NSW Australia. Charges were filed incorrectly and I was indicted with publication. It took6 months for charges to be dropped . Some charges were never refilled. As it turns out, the proceeding were drawn out * yrs. One trial date, the complainant didn't show up. Trial was adjourned again. Next trial date the prosecuted dismissed the charges. I think my legal team should have got costs back not only for adjournments, but for the whole proceedings
