Hi Carren! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
i have several... but lets dive in, one at a time.
Sure thing, Carren! What's the first legal issue you’d like to discuss?
i think i have a warrant for my arrest due to a motion to revoke. there are several complexities to this issue that i will need to disclose first though i will upload some of the emails between myself and the probation department so you can read them and let me know what you think
I can't review documents directly, but I can offer guidance based on the situation you describe. In Texas, if there's a motion to revoke probation and a warrant issued, it's important to:
- Verify the warrant status through local law enforcement or court records.
- Consult with a criminal defense attorney for guidance.
- Consider turning yourself in to address the warrant.

Subject: Request for Pro Bono Legal Assistance
Dear [Attorney's Name],
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Carren, and I am reaching out to seek pro bono legal assistance due to an urgent and complex legal situation.
I am facing a warrant for my arrest related to a motion to revoke probation, following a series of challenges with the probation department. Despite being the sole caregiver for my two minor children, including a nonverbal autistic toddler with significant medical needs, I have been denied ADA accommodations necessary for compliance with my probation conditions. This has included requests for alternative drug testing methods and flexible appointment times due to my caregiving responsibilities.
Additionally, I have encountered procedural issues, such as being denied appointed counsel despite being eligible, and facing an MTR without prior notice of alleged violations. These challenges have put my freedom at risk and could potentially separate me from my children, affecting their well-being and healthcare.
I have documented all requests and communications with the probation department. However, my attempts to secure legal representation through local legal aid organizations have been unsuccessful due to limited resources.
I am urgently seeking pro bono legal assistance to address these violations and protect my rights and those of my children. Your expertise and support would be invaluable in navigating this difficult situation.
Thank you for considering my request. I am hopeful for the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore how we might work together to resolve these challenges.
Warm regards,
Carren
