Hi Zachary! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
I was charged with Voluntary Manslaughter Intentional killing commit - def. acted under "sudden heat" and incarcerated for a year awaiting trial which i was found bot guilty. It was clearly self defense. Someone came into my father in laws home while i was there and shot him in the head instantly killing him then turned and started shooting at me and i grabbed a rifel nearby and started shooting back and he died but not wheh i shot him he died like 30min later when the police were there and they didnt call an ambulance right away.
That sounds like a very intense situation, Zachary. Since you've been found not guilty, it suggests the court recognized your self-defense claim. Are you looking for guidance on any legal actions you might need to take now, or is there anything specific you're concerned about moving forward?
This has ruined my life. Even though i was found not guilty my record shows i was arrestsrd for murder and i live in a small town and everyone treats me different and i cant get a job anywhere now
