Yes. They offered me plea deal. Im getting charged with * counts of lewed act. But the plea deal would of ben * count and 90days in jail. I said no. They only thing they could use against me is . I left the store shortly after they did . This store is 1block away from where i was living with my mom and boyfriend. And when i was in the store i bought a bag of chips. The police report states that i was a homeless crack head that was sleeping behind dumpster in that area. When that is not true. I have no clue who this person is. And all the police report said was that. I had puffy hair. And looked like a crack head. There was no names given. When the cops got on seen . They couldn't find who she was talking about. But when they gave me my citation they called me by my last name.
