Okay thank you....I have a case of my own where the cops had a warrant for me, they came to a lady's house and I was there taking a shower and when I had got our and was getting dressed the cops show up so I went in the back room and the police did a walk through and found me. As soon as they handcuffed me , they started searching thru a backpack in the room and they found drugs in it. They had , mind you, a warrant for me , not the house , and they said cause it smelled like marijuana they searched and then they said later, that they saw drug related items out in the open, which there was not, but they took me to jail on my original thing they were looking for me about plus possession and all this other stuff. Also there was a guy in the bathroom who got found and there were drugs in the bathroom, but they said since he didn't have anything on his person and the house was not his that he wouldn't get charges. Well, I didn't have anything on me either and the house wasn't mine either
