It's to do with my husband that has been in jail for over a year now

He's in Marion county dention center yellville Arkansas.. he's been in jail for over a year he's mentally disabled has been his whole life.. Feb * was supposed to be given a fitness to proceed examination but come June of * he's given a plea deal well he got kicked out of the rehab program and back to jail in September * where I looked threw his case files and found they never gave him the fitness to proceed examination should never of been given a plea deal.. it has been given now and he's unfit to proceed the judge accepted the writ of error craim Nobis and now they are saying that he needs to rebond on all his charges even tho he's made bond and paid them before can they do this
