okay so im facing two counts of lewed act. In omaha ne douglas county. The police report states i went into the woods put my hand down my pants and started to master bate. Witch is a lie. And the 2nd count i was with some one who commented a lewed act. Both police reports came from the same person. In the police reports she said i look like a cracked head. And she said i was homeless when she was asked if i was a resident in the complex witch i was. I wasnt on a lease but i was loving with my mom and her boyfriend. She claims i was sleeping behind dumpster also. Which isn't true. My lawyer said she is requesting to see footage from the goodwill. Because I guess i was there when this person was. Only thing on camera that was told to me was that. They walked away off camera and so did i. I used my card to buy a bag of chips from that store. She most of felt like i was following her that day. When i wasnt. I was going back to my moms. At my court date my lawyer said she had a new viedo of footage and she told me she not use if it was good will or not footage.
