I need a motion created asking to quash the warrant as the drugs were not mine or that they were found in the drivers vehicle and nothing was found on me. I was just riding along with the driver to get away from my abusive ex boyfriend who i had previously reported to Salt River Police that night. I had no knowledge of the driver possessing and drugs or anything illegal. I did see the driver reach into his drivers doir and smash something in his hand and throw it behind the passenger seat i was sitting in. I asked one of the officers to grab my cell phone and they proceeded to grab it and asked where it was i stated on my seat but they couldnt find it and they opened up the back door and said it was laying on top of the drugs and paraphanila in the back seat and how it got there is when the driver stopped it fell between the seat and middle console and fell in the back seat.
