I have had her for over a year and what little communication I had had with her, * phone calls, * emails, and * texts, she had led me to believe we were taking it to trial due to lack of evidence and mistakes made on the states part in collecting and logging evidence. She had text me around * pm the night before court asking if i was available for a phone call. I responded with yes, and then i got a text back saying give her a minute it had just started raining and she needed to check her house for water. I waiting an hour and half before falling to sleep. I did not hear from her the next day either, and around * pm my bondsman sent me screenshots where the courts revoked my bail and issued warrants. I begged my attorney to call me or text me and didnt hear from her until * pm when she called, snd i spent * seconds on a call where she told me another attorney filled in for her and at this point i had to sign the pleas to make the warrants go away. So i agreed.
