This judge will not approve
If you believe the judge will not approve your motion for a change of venue, you may want to consider filing a judicial conduct complaint. Keep in mind, this is a serious step, and you should consult with a legal professional before proceeding.
Do you know of an attorney that is pro bono because the public defender i have doesn't get along with my judge
Sure, ****. It would be best to reach out to legal aid organizations in Ohio as they often provide pro bono services. You can try the Ohio State Legal Services Association or the Legal Aid Society of Columbus. Remember to explain your situation thoroughly.
