Ive been charged with attended hit and run. I definitely handled it wring, but the lasy was over the top. I was at a complete stop at a light , and decided i wanted to turn rather than go straight. I turned my wheel all the way to the right while my foot was on the brake, then let my foot off slowly while edging out t I the right. I bumped her bumper. She got out loud and dramatic and said "you hit me! HOW fast were you going?". She demanded my license and i showed it to her. I told her who my insurance was through but dismt have my policy number. I told her we should pyll over as we were holding up traffi. She said she had all night. I moved to pull over and just left.
