When I was first arrested I was arrested to have a drug assessment done I was in jail for 35 days and when I got to court the assessment had never been processed because they said that I had holds on me so the judge got on the phone called a rehab and said he had a rehab that I could get into by next week the attorney advised us that it was a 28 day to a *-day program he advised us that several different times so the next week I turn myself into the program it wasn't until I got to the program that I found out that the program was a year long program that was a faith-based program I completed two months but then I left the program is that legal to do when we when I made the plea agreement
